alright so here’s pictures of my weight loss. The pictures on the left are from when I weighed 180. The ones are the right are from now, weighing a little under 130. The entire weight loss of around 50 pounds took since April ‘11 to November ‘11. Most of the weight that I lost, was around my stomach. It wasn’t healthy to have a lot of weight in that area and my goal was to get to a healthy size for my height. Not to be skinny not to look better not to have a thigh gap but to be healthy.
I’ve never hated my body and I guarantee you, hating your body WILL NOT help you lose weight. I lost the weight because I wasn’t healthy. I always took it one day at a time. At least 20 minutes of exercise, lots of water and healthy food choices. There’s no secret formula to weight loss and you don’t need to diet or cut out foods that you like. If you learn to be happy with what you have, and accept the fact that your body is beautiful the way it is, it will be much easier to reach your goal if what you want to do is lose weight for the right reasons.Holy shit, I love seeing peoples weight loss pictures :D when i see people lose weight, it makes me want to grow muscle. idk why its not quite the same but it just dose :P
